Rent Prosper has been managing my condos for roughly the past 7 years. The staff that I've met have been great and most of my tenants have stayed long term. When there are issues in a unit, they're quick to get it taken care of. This really automates tje process so I do not have to worry about anything. They find a renter, work out the lease, collect rent, deposit your proceeds on schedule, fix any issues with your properties, and are very pleasant to work with when I do have questions.

Our company has been working with Rent Prosper, for over ten years now. During those years we have been extremely happy with the all of the benefits of this organization, both as a property management company, and as real estate investment partners.
Regarding property management, maintenance requests are always handled promptly and efficiently, and repair items and labor are mostly acquired at a discount. The staff members are always willing to speak with us about any problems, financial questions, and owner fund disbursements. They have always apprised us in a timely manner of the rental status of a unit, prospective tenants, maintenance and rent issues, as well as any other problems with our properties.
In regard to real estate investment, we are so grateful for the opportunities to do joint ventures with Rent Prosper, which allow us to invest in properties that we would otherwise not be able to acquire, thus significantly enhancing our real estate portfolios. Rent Prosper also brings highly specialized knowledge of condominium investment, accumulated over many years of experience in taking over distressed condominium complexes, and turning them into profitable real estate investments.
